Maverick

Maverick – Ginger/white male born approx 12th April so around 5wks old. Born in a garden but in danger from dogs so rescued last week. Had 5wks with mum.

Kai

Kai – male tabby born  approx 1st April so around 6wks old. Left in a box with a sibling outside a local restaurant. The sibling was missing when people were alerted.  Has started his vaccinations.

Saphire

COLOUR– SIAMESE

Sapphire came to Barc in January 2024. She was found in the village, having been very recently sterilized and grossly overweight. She is on a special diet and losing weight slowly. She is very friendly but a little timid with people she doesn’t know.

COLOUR – White (Long Haired)

Azul came to Barc when his mum was sterilized. He was feral but is now quite friendly although not keen on being handled. He has possibly got poor eyesight and could be deaf.

Simba came to Barc when his mum was sterilized. He is still partially feral but becoming less frightened.

Wonky came to Barc in April 2024. She lived with Sue & Alan (Managers of Barcland) and was brought to Barcland for safety. She is very friendly. She is called Wonky due to having a kinked tail.

Chipped and has a pet passport.

Dustyn came to Barc when his owner couldn’t manage him him. Very friendly, quite boisterous.

Mambo

Mambo came to Barc along with his companion Samba when their owner couldn’t keep them any longer. Very friendly

Negrito came to Barc from one of the urbanisations, he is very nervous but gets on well with the other kittens.

Renata has only just come to Barc from one of the urbanisations. She is very friendly, loves human contact and gets on well with the other kittens.

Teddi was found in one of the urbanisations and brought to Barc at around 6weeks old. She is a friendly girl and gets on well with the other kittens.

Boots came to Barc in February 2025. He was rescued, taken to the vet and sterilized etc then brought to Catland. He is very wary of people in general and currently runs away if approached.

Mr Pickles came to Barc in September 2023. He was found in a garden and partially feral. He is a little wary of people he doesn’t know but is gradually becoming friendly. He would benefit from a quieter home preferably without young children.

Bella came to Barc in April 2024 She lived with Sue & A;an (Managers of Barcland) and was brought to Barcland for safety/ She is very friendly.

Alvin came to Barc from one of the urbanisations, he had to have an eye removed which was damaged when he came to us but it makes no difference to how he lives, he is very friendly and gets on well with the other kittens.

Pip was a Barc raised kitten who was adopted in November. He has come back to Barc due to his owner’s ill health. He is extremely friendly and loves company.

Cyril came to Barc when his owner was taken ill and couldn’t look after him. Very friendly to humans, loves cuddles but doesn’t like other cats.

Kiki was found near the caves and brought to Barc at around 2 months old. She was extremely nervous but gets on well with the other kittens.

Mitzi was rescued with her 4 kittens in July 2024 She was partially feral but friendly. She is nervous around people she doesn’t know.
