Temperament
When hope first came to Barcland she was in such a state, we think she had been used as a bait dog and had such terrible injuries. But despite all she has been through she never lost her trust in humans or other dogs. Hope is the bravest dog we know. She is so very friendly and loving. Hope has a boundless amount of energy and loves to run and play. She has become a water baby and love nothing more than chasing a ball into shallow water. Hope is fantastic with other dogs but does demand their attention so a younger furry friend who can keep up with her would be great. Hope loves to go for walks and walks very well on a lead. Although Hope doesn’t mind cats but, she will chase them if they run, so a cat free home is a must. Hope is very excitable so we are looking for a home that can help her become calm.
Hope needs a family where she can learn to be calm but at the same time be allowed to burn off her energy. She is the sweetest girl and has absolutely no aggtession in her, but she needs a very special home with owners who have the time and patience to help her become the best girl we know she can be. We can offer help of a trainer to give tips and advice on how to manage this. We know the perfect home is out there somewhere. 🥰
