Become a volunteer for our store; volunteer to take in animals temporarily; volunteer to help raise funds; volunteer to take our dogs to the vet for treatment, etc.
We desperately need volunteers for foster care. While the animal is in foster care, BARC will bear all food and veterinary expenses.
We have a group of volunteers who meet at at Barcland at 8am and again at 5pm to help with the cleaning, to socialise and exercise the dogs. We play ball, give cuddles and treats and try to make them understand that not all humans treat dogs badly. We have a FB Group and WhatsApp group to talk to each other and plan who will be there for the morning. You are more than welcome to join us. If you live in the area we are always looking for help with vet runs for the dogs.
We have a shop in El Campello and also in Busot who are always looking for committed, dedicated Volunteers to work morning shifts.
We do not pay volunteers! All of us donate our time (and in some cases our homes) altruistically.
